Sir,
I want to bring to yours kind notice that the Dy Chief Minister launched application forms for allotment of plots at Bankers Enclaves near Railway Station Bajalta, Surinsar road. The ownership rights of said land is by Revenue Act LB-6 provided by State Government. The land was provided to cultivators for cultivation purpose only. It was provided in LB-6 Act that said land cannot be sold and purchased and there is no exception for sale.
The State Government strongly prohibited sale of such lands/properties in our State and even poor cultivators not allowed to sell this kind of land even if they needed money for marriage of their daughters, for well being of their families and treatment of their diseases. On the other hand, now -a-days land grabbers, non Govt-agencies in the shape of land mafias through private banks are making sale of such lands under name of Bankers Enclaves. If this can be sold and purchased then a common cultivator must be allowed to sell.
It is circulated through multi media that said land is going to be sold. It is requested to your goodself that if sale of such land is prohibited by Govt/Revenue Department then immediately it should take the possession of said land and if mafia are allowed to sell then common cultivators must also be allowed to sell it.
Yours etc…
