REASI, Apr 22: Salal Power Station of NHPC Limited today organized a free cardiac camp at Zorawar Hospital, Jyotipuram.
The camp was inaugurated by AG Ansari, General Manager, Salal Power Station along with Ishrat Nasreen Ansari and visiting Cardiologists from Medanta – Gurgaon by lighting the traditional lamp in the presence of MG Ghai, Chief Engineer (Civil), AZ Geelani, Chief Engineer (Electrical), Mani Sunita Lakra, CMO, senior officers and employees from NHPC as well as CISF personnel.
Dr HR Tomar and Dr Vijay Kohli, Senior Cardiologists from Medanta – Gurgaon and their team of Para Medical staff from Gurgaon checked the patients. A team of doctors from Zorawar Hospital, NHPC Limited assisted the visiting team. About 120 patients were checked in the camp and various diagnostic tests like BP check and ECG were conducted on needy patients.
Speaking on the occasion, Ansari said that in the present times when there is a lot of stress and pressure in one’s day today life, regular medical/heart check-up has become very vital.
