REASI, Jan 11: SAKSHAM unit of Reasi distributed blankets among specially abled persons during a programme organized to celebrate ‘Divyang Sewa Samahro’
The programme was organized Sanyog Ghar Reasi and was graced by Vivek Verma (Additional CEO Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, Katra) as chief guest. Abhay Pargal Gupta (National executive member, SAKSHAM) and Swami Vishwanathan (general secretary, northern region, SAKSHAM) were the guests of honour of the function.
The function was also attended by Aslam (SSP IRP Battalion District Reasi), Gulshan Kumar (District Social Welfare Officer Reasi) and Ram Pal (BDO Arnas). During the programme, the chief guest distributed blankets among the ‘Divyangs’ (Special abled persons).
SAKSHAM is a Non-Government Organization working for the people having different types of disabilities. The Organization is working is for their rights.
The programme concluded with vote of thanks presented by Kaka Ram (Reasi district president, SAKSHAM).
