SRINAGAR, Aug 30: Saien Kasheer has appealed to the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to release the bills of contractors that are due to them.
A spokesman of the group said that contractors and their families are facing immense hardships due to non-payments of their bills.
The spokesman said that contractors have approached to our group saying to appeal to the CM for releasing their bills, especially as the Eid-ul-Azha and Diwali is approaching, and these contractors celebrate the festivals with joy.
