JAMMU, Nov 25: The General Body Meeting of Jammu Sahodaya School Complex (JSSC) was held at MV International School, Samba, which was attended by Principals from the CBSE schools of Jammu, Kathua and Samba districts.
The meeting commenced with a welcome address by KL Dogra, Principal, MV International School, Samba.
During the meeting, Nirmal Mahna, General Secretary JSSC and Principal DPS Rajbagh, Kathua briefed about the meaningful transactions of the last meeting. After the confirmation of the minutes of the last meeting, several important issues on the agenda were deliberated upon and with consensus arrived at the culmination point. The major highlight of this meeting turned out to be the proposed amendments in the bye laws of JSSC pertaining to the selection procedure of Executive Committee members of JSSC, which would be tabled in the next GBM for further deliberation and ratification from the members of the house.
Vivek Arora, Treasurer, JSSC and Principal, Bhargava Public School Samba presented the income and expenditure report of the JSSC.
Once the core issues were dealt with, JS Dhami, President JSSC praised the member Principals of Jammu Sahodaya for exhibiting the true spirit of Sahodaya, which has been enshrined in the coinage ‘Rising Together’ and for making its brilliant manifestation in every activity of JSSC.
At the end, Rajesh Rathore, PRO, Jammu Sahodaya and Principal, GD Goenka Public School, Jammu proposed the vote of thanks.
