UDHAMPUR, May 6: Battal Balian Industrial Area M/s Safex Chemicals India Ltd at Battal Balian Industrial Area Udhampur renovated a Government Middle School by spending Rs 15 lakh under CSR.
The renovation work includes construction of the school boundary wall, school building whitewash, gate, 20 desks and one computer printer.
Giving information in this regard, General Manager Safex Chemicals India Ltd, Mohinder Pal said that the company has spent around Rs 54 lakh under CSR in the last eight years. These include Road to GPS Londna (Rs 8 lakh), Rs 5 lakh for Covid Relief Fund through DC Udhampur, Road to Jarg Mohala, ward 1, Udhampur (Rs 10 lakh), development works at GMS Meldi, Udhampur ( Rs 15 Lakh) and GPS Londna (Rs 12 lakh), Development works at Kathua, GMS Mehtabpur & GMS Melori costing approx Rs 3.5 lakh.
General Manager District Industrial Center Udhampur Pankaj Anand, Udayveer Singh, Raghubir Gandotra, Ravinder Thakur, Raj Kumar, Vanit Verma and Fatthy Singh were present on the occasion.
