JAMMU, Sept 3: Safai Karamcharis of various municipal committees here today celebrated the regularization of 565 casual workers of various municipal committees.
As per a release, an impressive Vijay rally was taken out from Shaheedi Chowk Kathua, which after passing through main bazaar culminated at Municipal Committee Office Kathua.
The members of Municipal Committee accorded warm welcome to Dev Anand Gill, president, Safai Karamchari, Union Local Bodies for his tireless efforts to pursue the issue with State Government.
BJP leaders including former MP Choudhary Lal Singh were also present on the occasion and felicitated Mr Gill.
