JAMMU, Mar 17: Ravinder Kumar Shan, an RTI and social activist from Kishtwar has sought immediate intervention of Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah in the enforcement of Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA) in letter and spirit in the State.
In a letter to the Chief Minister, Mr Shan turned his attention towards his plight and said that he had applied to Naib Tehsildar Muthi on March 20 last year for demarcation of his land measuring 12 marlas at village Gurah Brahmana, Jammu. But the same was not done.
Later he applied under Public Serve Guarantee Act before the first Appellant Authority, Tehsildar, Jammu who dismissed the same. Though the ADC heard both the parties and announced the order but till date the order copy was not issued in the name of applicant despite repeated pleas by him, Shan added.
Seeking intervention of Chief Minister, Mr Shan demanded demarcation of his piece of land by the Revenue authorities.
