Rs 41.53 cr disbursed to Kashmir traders

JAMMU, Mar 2: As per the report received by the Governor, an amount of Rs.2.82 crore was disbursed by the Deputy Commissioners as relief to traders in Kashmir Valley on the first two days of March 2016.
On 1st March funds disbursed were Rs 1.10 crore in Srinagar; Rs.0.13 crore in Pulwama; Rs.0.74 crore in Anantnag; and Rs. 0.03 crore in Bandipora.
On 2nd March funds disbursed were 0.46 crore in Anantnag; and Rs. 0.37 crore in Srinagar.
Till today a total of Rs. 41.53 crore has been disbursed to 16188 beneficiaries by the Deputy Commissioners. This includes Rs.0.57 crore to 317 beneficiaries in Baramulla; Rs. 2.34 crore to 390 beneficiaries in Bandipora; Rs.7.31 crore to 2767 beneficiaries in Budgam; Rs.1 crore to 376 beneficiaries in Pulwama; Rs.0.26 crore to 233 beneficiaries in Shopian; Rs.5.07 crore to 2651 beneficiaries in Anantnag; Rs. 3.10 crore to 969 beneficiaries in Kulgam; and Rs.21.90 crore to 8485 beneficiaries in Srinagar.
