RP Singh elaborates on working idea of ‘Programmes, Meetings Deptt’ of BJP

JAMMU, Jan 2: A meeting of “Political Programmes & Meetings Department” of BJP was held at party office, here today under the chairmanship of R P Singh, national co-incharge of Programme & Meetings Department.
In the meeting, organized by Er Ghulam Ali Khatana, State Secretary and State Incharge “Programmes & Meetings Department”, BJP State secretary Sanjay Baru also shared the dais.
The meeting discussed the visionary and unprecedented idea of working of party affairs by the national president Amit Shah, which included 19 Departments and 10 Projects for streamlining and facilitating the organization affairs and the innovative ideas incorporated in the governance by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
R P Singh emphasized and made elaborate deliberations on the working idea of “Programmes and Meetings Department”, one of the 19 departments created by Amit Shah. He termed the department as backbone of organization, assisting and facilitating the organizational programmes smoothly, suggesting innovative ways after comprehensive discussions with State organization and executing the same.
R P Singh further exhorted the members to be innovative and dynamic while expanding and taking out the initiatives of Government and party at the grass root level after coordinating properly with District and Mandal level to ease their existing work load. Singh further emphasized that never in the past had such unprecedented and innovative ways of governance were envisioned as has been by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and added that members should do publicise and take up at different levels to reach to the grass root level.
Er. Ghulam Ali Khatana, assured National Co-Convenor R P Singh that he will leave no stone unturned to execute the plans, programmes and schemes entrusted to the department with dedication and devotion in collaboration with members and active coordination and co-operation of State organization.
Khatana informed the State and District members of the proposed visit of national [resident Amit Shah, who would shortly be visiting Jammu to assess and direct the working of each department.
Prominent among others, who participated in the meeting, include Co-Incharge Rajinder Jamwal, Gurdayal Singh Bali, Amit Sharma, Lal Hussain Lodha, Manzoor Hussain, Noor-ul-Nisu, Muneera Begum, Showkat Ali and Shokat Bhatti.
