JAMMU, Feb 8: A delegation of Roop Nagar JDA Housing Colony Welfare Association led by Association chairman, Deep Sharma met JDA Vice Chairman and gave a reminder of the pending problems being faced by the residents of the Colony.
Vinod Vaid, N.L Bhatt, Dr. Sudershan Kumar, Jyoti Khajuria and others were also present in the delegation.
The delegation demanded starting of Community Hall/JDA Club for the convenience of the residents of the Colony.
Members of the delegation demanded development of Parks in sector 5 and opening of shops in sector 3 and 5 which have been constructed by JDA.
Other demands included renovation of Public Bathrooms in sector 1 and completion of Kacha strip along the path on Aap Shambhu road.
After detailed discussion the VC JDA assured the delegation that early action will be taken for the completion of the works in the colony on priority basis demand for which has been raised by the delegation.
