Rohella designated as Com Secy HED

JAMMU, June 15: The Government has designated Talat Parvez Rohella, Secretary, Higher Education Department, as Commissioner Secretary, Higher Education Department, with immediate effect.
The order, in this regard, was issued today by the General Administration Department.
