LONDON, Sept 18: An Aladdin-themed skate deck, which is one of the final items funnyman Robin Williams signed before his passing in August, is set to be auctioned to help raise money for charity.
Officials at the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation have included the item in the upcoming SkaterAid auction to benefit the charity’s Atlanta branch in Georgia, reported Contactmusic.
Williams worked with the skate deck’s artist, Cody Gallo, on the set of his TV comedy ‘The Crazy Ones’, and jumped at the chance to give the charity a boost.
Online bids for the Williams-signed item will be accepted until September 27 and the auction will take place at the 10th annual SkateAid festival in Decatur, Georgia on September 28. (PTI)
