Road march under ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ organized

JAMMU, Mar 25: To promote “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat”, Group Centre CRPF Bantalab and Kendriya Vidhyalaya Bantalab jointly carried out a road-march.
PC Gupta Commandant, Rajesh Kumar Deputy Commandant, Digamber Singh Assistant Commandant, Udhayvir Singh Chib Assistant Commandant, Rajesh Kumar Assistant Commandant, Varun Vaid Assistant Commandant, teachers and students of Kendriya Vidhyalaya Bantalab and personnel of Group Centre Bantalab CRPF participated in the road march with banners and posters.
The main objective of this road march was to promote mutual harmony among the common people and to promote unity, peace, goodwill and to spread awareness about “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat” in the country.
After the road march, PC Gupta, Commandant addressed the students of Kendriya Vidhyalaya Bantalab and CRPF personnel and told about the main objectives of “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat”.
He said the “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat” was started by Prime Minister on October 31st 2015 on the occasion of “National Unity Day” i.e 140th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
The programme was organized under the leadership of Bhanu Pratap Singh, DIGP, Group Centre CRPF, Bantalab, Jammu (J&K) in which PC Gupta Commandant, Rajesh Kumar Deputy Commandant and other Gazetted Officers, Subordinate Officers and jawans also lend their support.
