Road ahead for AAP

Sir,
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has finally formed the Govt. and the anti-corruption crusader Arvind Kejriwal was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Delhi State on Saturday (28th December, 2013). It’s indeed an historic occasion for the nation to see change in style of governance in the capital devoid of traditional politics. Everybody looking with tremendous curiosity as to how the new system of governance based on promised Swaraj (self rule) is to be established by the one year old Aam Aadmi Party. The people of Delhi have pinned high aspirations and expectation on the fledging party. This was indeed a stunning victory of the one year old AAP with their maiden stupendous performance.
The coming at number second in Delhi assembly election, the victory of the AAP has apparently hinged on the fact that the party identified with the people/voters (Delhi-ites) through their constant personal connect/interactions and through social media as well which is a hallmark of any democracy. Besides, the promises they made in the manifesto like halving the monthly electrify tariff, supply of 700 liters of free water daily and bringing about simplicity in their style of governance by disowning official bungalows and ending VIP culture by eschewing red beacons donning ministers cars apart from exuding honesty and integrity have had immense impact on the voters.
Since the party has well identified itself with the people and promised clean, honest and corruption free governance plus taking care of people’s daily problems of electricity, water, transportation, rising prices and prividing safe and secure environment for working women etc and if they are able to ensure all  these and at the same time carry on their hitherto successful campaign with the same zeal and enthusiasm to keep the momentum, they are expected to enlarge their base throughout the country and reap electoral benefits. The road ahead for Aam Aadmi Party is certainly not easy to dislodge the well entrenched parties comfortably and convincingly. The real test of the AAP hinges  on the steps/measures taken and the modus adopted to fight the well entrenched corruption in the system which is indeed a formidable task.
Yours etc…..
