JAMMU, Mar 30: Congress leader Sandeep Singh Rissam has been assigned the new responsibility as Chairman of Congress Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Sangathan (RGPRS).
In a communique issued by All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary (Organisation) & Member of Parliament K C Venugopal, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has approved the appointment of Sandeep Singh Rissam as Chairperson of J&K unit of RGPRS with immediate effect.
It is pertinent to mention here that Sandeep started his journey with NSUI and was elected as State General Secretary in J&K Pradesh Youth Congress and also served as Spokesperson & Media Incharge of J&K Youth Congress. He also worked in national team of Indian Youth Congress (IYC) as Co-Incharge of Delhi Pradesh Youth Congress, Training Incharge of Punjab & Himachal Pradesh Youth Congress and Training Coordinator of AICC trainings department.
