RAMBAN, Sept 21: Additional Director General (ADG), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Surjeet Singh Deswal, today paid floral tributes to martyred, Head Constable (HC) Ram Parvesh Yadav of SSB 14 Bn, who laid down his life during anti-militancy operation at Nogam in Banihal area of district Ramban on Wednesday.

Inspector General Operational Ashok Kumar, DIG Rajinder Singh, Commandant Ajay Kumar, Commandant Sanjeev Yadav, SSP Ramban Mohan Lal, ADC Gurvinder Jit Singh, ACR Vivek Puri and officials from civil and police administration also reached there to pay rich tributes to HC Ram Parvesh Yadhav in a solemn ceremony at District Police Lines Ramban here today.
The martyr, hailed from Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh and is survived by his mother, father, wife and a two sons. He had joined the SSB in January 2016, and will be remembered by his comrades as a true patriot.
The mortal remains of the martyr will be taken to his native place for conducting last rites with full armed force honours, an officer said, adding the force stands in solidarity with the bereaved family and remains committed to their dignity and well being.
