Revival package will serve breather for time being: CCIJ

JAMMU, Sept 23: The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Jammu (CCIJ) said that the revival package of Rs 1350 crores for trade and industry, announced by Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha would serve as breather for the time being.
In a statement issued by CCIJ states that the Jammu and Kashmir trade and industry has been suffering due to multiple reasons for more than two decades, either by lack of infrastructure, change in tax regime, positive constitutional changes and now the lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic. “The losses suffered by businesses are gigantic which no Government can make good fully yet,” the statement read as.
However, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Jammu welcomed the revival package and thanked the Lieutenant Governor for providing such package for the revival of trade and business sector of J&K.
