Return of Kashmiri Pandits

Sir,
Any colony plan for the rehabilitation of the exiled Kashmiri Pandits in kashmir valley may prove inappropriate at this point of time. Let the central government first make it clear to the exiled community about what security measures are going to be taken for their safety in valley. Before any step for the return of Kashmiri Pandits to valley is taken, it is to be ensured first if conditions in Kashmir valley have turned normal . Have Pakistan supported separatists closed their shops and decided to be in the national maistream? Has militancy been completely routed out? Has stone pelting on Indian army jawans completely stopped ? Has complete peace returned in valley? Further it is also to be seen if there is any plan with the Government for providing employment to Pandit youth so that their economic safety is ensured? What alternative is there for those migarnts who solely depended on agriculture in valley for their survival ? Let these questions be first addressed by our state and Central Governments and then push pandits back into valley. The Kashmiri Pandits are not the sheep left to the mercy of a shepherd.
