MENDHAR, July 25: Retir-ed para-military force men held protest here demanding One Rank One Pension for the CRPF, BSF, ITBP, SSB and CISF personnel.
A large number of Ex-Central para-military Forces Welfare Association members led by its president Mohd Ayum Khan, assembled at Shahidi Yadgar Mendhar today and held protest. They raised their demands and later submitted a memorandum to the Central Government through SDM/ Tehsildar Mendhar.
They were demanding One Rank One Pension scheme for the Central para-military forces men, framing of separate service and pension rules for them instead of CCS rules, grant of CSD canteen facilities, ex-servicemen status to the retied para-military force men and enhancement of Medical allowance from Rs 500 to Rs 3000.
