RAMBAN, Feb 5: All J&K Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers Forum has expressed deep concern over casual approach of the Government towards their long pending demands.
The meeting held here today under the chairmanship of district president, Gulzabir Daing said that due to delaying tactics of the Government towards ReTs they have been once again forced to take agitational path and the same is starting with one day protest at all district headquarters on February, 12, 2015.
The president asserted that EVS teachers who have been regularized as general line teachers in 2003, have not got their pending arrears till now. He added that all regularized ReTs and 3rd teachers are suffering hardship since their salaries from last ¾ months.
Immediate transfers for regularized ReT Teachers was the other demand highlighted in the meeting. Other present in the meeting included Shah Nawaz Naik, Sarjeet Singh, Manoj Singh, Chain Singh, Farooq Lone, Om Parkash, Sydullah Katoch, Zaffer Runyal and Mohd Yaseen Sohil.
