JAMMU, Sept 20: A meeting of All J&K ReT Teachers Forum was held here today under the chairmanship of State president Vinod Sharma for raising their issues and demands.
While speaking on the occasion, Vinod Sharma expressed strong resentment over the alleged callous and delaying tactics of the Government in resolving their issues. He demanded immediate regularization of ReT Teachers who have completed their 5 years service for the last one and half years but being harassed on the name of verification. He urged the authorities to speed up their regularization and also demanded release of all pending SSA salary before Eid.
He announced that a massive peaceful protest would be held at Kishtwar on September 21 and similar protests for other District headquarters would be finalized in next meeting.
The meeting was also addressed by Najam Jaffari, Sukhdev Singh, Rajesh Jamwal, Younis Rahi, Lekh Raj Parihar, Sajad Malik, Gulzabir Daing, Naresh Sharma, Manzoor Khan, Bhupinder Singh, Subash Chander, Surjeet Singh, Rajeet Singh, Rajinder Singh, Sukesh Khajuria, Sham Sharma and others.
