JAMMU, June 29: A deputation of J&K ReT Teachers’ Forum led by its State Senior Vice Chairman Bhupinder Singh and Provincial President Jammu Pawan Verma called on Director School Education Jammu Anuradha Gupta and discussed the issues of ReTs.
While interacting with Director, Bhupinder Singh highlighted the grievances of the cadre which include resolution of issue of undergraduate teachers by removing the bar of graduation so that they be converted to Teachers Grade II, speeding up of regularization process of ReTs who have completed 5 years satisfactory period as these teachers are waiting for the same for a long time, issuance of pending Grade II order of teachers who have acquired qualification from out of State universities and to not change the list of CRP/ZRP of Jammu division as said list was already published with a proper way.
Director gave a patient hearing to the deputation and said that the issue of undergraduate teachers is under active considerations of the Governor administration and will be resolved soon. She also assured to issue regularization orders in coming week as the list of regularization is on final touch. She also said that Grade II orders of left out graduates will be issued at the earliest and issue of CRP/ZRP will be resolved within short span of time.
Later, the deputation also met with Joint Director (Principal SIE) JK Sudan and appealed him to speed up the process of regularization as the teachers are suffering badly.
He assured that the regularization process is going on smoothly and next weak the list of the same will be issued.
The deputation also met with Joint Director HR Pakhroo and appealed him to convert all left out graduate teachers to Teacher Grade II who acquired their qualification from out of State Universities.
He assured that the process is going on speedly and shortly all left out graduate teachers will be converted to Teacher grade II.
Those who were present in the deputation includes Druv Singh, Kuldeep Katoch, Dr Parkah Shashtri, Sanjay Sharma, Sukesh Singh, Rakesh Singh, Narinder Nagra, Koushal Singh, Manish Chander, Ranvir and Bhagwan Dass.
