POONCH, Jan 16: ReT Teachers Forum held a meeting under the chairmanship of its State general secretary and district president Najam Jafri and demanded release of pending wages.
While speaking, Najam Jafri said that the ReT teachers in the district are facing lots of problems due to non-release of the pending wages for the last six months.
He appealed the Education Minister to intervene in the matter and release the pending wages at the earliest.
During the meeting, the teachers also decided to hold one-day protest on January 19 in the office of the CEO Poonch in connection with their long pending demands.
Among others present were Badur-ud-Din Rathore, Shamim Ansari, Waheed Ahmed, Khalil Ahmed, Sartaj Ahmed, etc.
