JAMMU, July 30: Monthly meeting of All J & K ReT Teachers’ Forum was held here today under the chairmanship of State president Vinod Sharma.
While speaking on the occasion, Vinod Sharma highlighted the issue of SSA teachers, whose salary is pending for 2 to 3 months. He also demanded the regularization of ReTs who have acquired qualifications from out of State UGC recognized universities and ReTs having less enrolment in their schools as these schools have not been merged with other schools due to geographic conditions..
Vinod Sharma also appealed the Education Minister to frame transfer policy in favour of regularized ReTs and streamline SSA salary for the welfare of thousands of ReTs of the State.
Among those, who also spoke on the occasion, included Sukhdev Singh Sumbria, Rajesh Singh Jamwal, Ravinder Singh, Lekh Raj Parihar, Subash Chander, Hans Raj, Kuldip Kumar, Roshan Bral and others.
