Jammu, Mar 10: A delegation of Jammu & Kashmir Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers forum led by a veteran Trade Union leader and senior vice chairman of ReT forum Bhupinder Singh today called on Education Minister Naeem Akhter at Civil Secretariat Jammu.
Members of the forum highlights the long pending demands of ReT, including release of 6 to 12 months salary of regularized ReTs working under SSA, regularization of KGBV teachers and release of their pending salary and benefit of SRO 43 to ReTs.
Naeem Akhter after giving patient hearing to the leaders of the forum assured to look into the salary issue of teachers working under SSA. He also assured for early redressel of other long pending demands of the forum.
Other who were in the delegation included Nenu Lata, Arvind Sharma, Kuldeep Singh, Jahangir Khan, Parshotam Sharma, Surinder Singh, Om Parkash, Kewal, Kuldeep and Kamal jeet.
