JAMMU, Nov 9: The residents of Paloura Toph Colony today joined the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, by coming out of their houses and cleaning their locality.
The ladies, gents as well as children of Paloura locality today came out of their houses and removed the heaps of garbage, waste polythene bags and other garbage items from their locality. They even cleaned the drains which were blocked due to polythene carry bags.
On the occasion, all the residents took oath to keep their locality clean and green. It was also decided unanimously that the drive would continue in future as well.
