Residents protest against dilapidated condition of road

DODA, June 21: Residents held protest against dilapidated condition of the 22 kilometers long road from Jodhpur to Mohallah.
A large numbers of residents hailing from different villages falling between the 22 kilometers long road from Jodhpur to Mohallah assembled at Panchayat Jatheli and held protest. They raised slogans against the district administration and PMGSY Department.
The protestors led by youth leader Farid Ahmed Naik alleged that the district administration and PMGSY Department has failed to blacktop the road from Jodhpur to Mohallah.
Hundreds of inhabitants living in different villages falling on road from Jodhpur to Mohallah used to communicate on this dilapidated road on daily basis, which has created manifold problems for them, the residents said and demanded blacktopping of the road in the shortest possible time.
The protesting villagers threatened to intensify their protest if their demand of blacktopping of road from Jodhpur to Mohallah is not redressed.
