JAMMU, Sept 26: The residents of Lane A 3 Upper Shiv Nagar have expressed serious concern over the dilapidated condition of lane.
A delegation of the residents of the area that visited Excelsior today said that it is very difficult for them to walk from the lane especially for the old and infirm people.
They said that the Municipal authorities had undertaken the construction of lane by way of laying the tiles but the work was abandoned for reasons best known to the officers of the organization with the result people are facing trouble.
They demanded immediate renovation of the lane failing which people will come to streets.
