The most important aspect of democratic set up in the country is the vote of a citizen which decides, shapes and runs the wheels of the parliamentary democracy and it becomes extremely necessary to analyse the trend of voting in the sense whether the right to franchise is considered as sacrosanct by a voter or not and should, therefore, every citizen not exercise one’s democratic right as also how migrants could vote, how people scattered in far flung and rural areas voted.
