JAMMU, Apr 29: Forest Magistrate (Duty Magistrate) Jammu, Adnan Sayed today extended remand of accused in spurious drugs scam namely Ashok Kumar Raina, Amardeep Raina and Akhil Gadoo up to May 4, 2013.
In the meanwhile, Special Judge Anticorruption Puneet Gupta after hearing Advocate Sameer Pandita appearing for the accused persons in bail application, directed Crime Branch to file report on or before May 2, 2013 and also objections.
