Udhampur, Dec 24: Dist-rict Administration, Udhampur, provided a relief of Rs 20,000 each to kin of 3 children killed in accidental blast near Birma in Udhampur.
Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, on the directions of Chief Minister, after seeking a preliminary report from Police, has formulated case for relief of Rs 1.50 lakh each making a total of 4.50 lakh to the parent of deceased children namely Vikas (aged 15), Deepu (10 and Mahesh (07), all sons of Bhola Ram of Ramban.
Tehsildar Udhampur, Sapna Kotwal handed over the relief amount to the family and administration has also provided additional assistance of livlihood to familiy. Addl Deputy Commissioner, Angrez Singh Rana, has been appointed as Enquiry Officer in the matter to be assisted by Addl SP.
