JAMMU, Feb 28: All Displaced Kashmiri Employees Forum (ADKEF) has urged the Government to take immediate steps in releasing the pay for month of February to migrant employees of various engineering wings in first week of March in view of Maha Shivratri festival.
In a joint statement president of Forum M K Tickoo and its general secretary Ravinder Razdhan made an appeal to Finance Minister to take necessary steps in this regard. They said that some engineering departments for lack of funds are not in a position to release the salaries of the displaced employees on the eve of Maha Shivratri and Government should take necessary steps to ensure the release of same as early as possible.
