JAMMU, Nov 17: The members of the Movement for Peace, Equality and Justice in a statement issued here today have once again urged upon the concerned BSNL authorities in J&K to release the pending 12 months’ salary of watch and ward employees of BSNL tower and 12 months’ rent of the tower sites immediately.
They also appealed to BSNL authorities to ensure that the monthly charges to the watch and ward employees on this count are released on monthly basis without any delay in future preferably by or before 20th of every month.
The members have also appealed to Chief General Manager, BSNL and Principal General Manager BSNL Mobiles J&K to personally intervene and redress the genuine grievances of these watch and ward employees’ of mobile towers of the site and also fix rent as per private companies.
