Sir,
Notwithstanding the fact that near about three months ago the Government of Jammu and Kashmir State announced in the J&K Legislative Assembly that the 7th Pay Commission recommendations would be implemented w.e.f April 1, 2018 in favour of the J&K Government employees , pensioners and family pensioners as well.
It is pertinent to mention it here that the Government also announced that the SRO regarding the implementation of 7th CPC would be issued soon but it is very much strange and surprising that so much time has passed since then, and we fail to understand as to where is the 7th CPC implementation SRO along with its Ready Recknor for which the lakhs of beneficiaries are very eagerly waiting? The non-issuance of the SRO has caused resentment among the employees besides some doubts etc.
Therefore, in the above context, would the Government of J&K and its concerned authorities be kind enough to show the light of the day to 7th CPC Commission SRO so that all may come to know as to where is the SRO? So that the resentment and the doubts may be cleared and the lakhs of beneficiaries would get their due at an earliest.
