Talking to reporters here, today S Mohinder Singh Unit president, N C Minority Cell said a revised package of Rs 7648 crore was submitted to Union Government by the State Government led by Omar Abdullah after the same was recommended by the then Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation Minister, Raman Bhalla and Apex Advisory Committee on Migrants nine months back.
