Sir,
We, the pensioners of J&K Govt request the Finance Minister Abdul Rahim Rather to sanction the pending 100 percent DA and 4th instalment to the pensioners without any delay. The pensioner will get some relief and will be able to pay attention to health problems. The Govt should also increase the Medical Allowance from Rs 300/ pm to Rs 1000/ pm with immediate effect as the price of drugs and other essential items has risen quite high.
