Pl refer editorial ‘Steeped in mythology’ dt Aug 03, 2014-the 2nd last para-Shri Dwarka Nath Shastri learned Sanskrit scholar from Jammu wrote Tawi Shaktam in 1980 in praise of the Tawi or Tau river. As far as my information on record shows the Book comprising of hundred verses in praise of Taushi (Tawi). The vital artery of the heart is of the Dogra land-Taushi Satkam had been written by Shri Kedar Nath Shastri, a prominent Sanskrit scholar of Jammu. The introduction page mentions date Feb 1963, forword by the then Governor of J&K Dr Karan Singh mentions dt 13th April 1966. Prakash Darmarth Trust Research and Publications Branch Jammu, Mudhrak – Vidya Vilash Press Varanasi-I. The book was dedicated to Maharaja Hari Singh.
