Sir,
We the low paid pensioners of J&K State request the Administration including the Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary Finance to release the long pending 6 percent DA from July 2015 to the low paid pensioners so that the low paid pensioners will get some relief from the hard days.
In absence to this, the medical allowance may kindly be released from Rs. 300 P.M. to Rs. 1000 P.M. All the pensioners of the State may be provided Medical Insurance, so that at the time of need they will not feel any difficulty.
