Whereas, the Pharmacy Council of Union Territory of J&K issued a Public Notice under endorsement no: JKPC-86/Estt/681-91, Dated: 16.12.2020 inviting therein applications for registration as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948;
Whereas, the above exercise was initiated in pursuance to the implementation of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir following enforcement of J&K Reorganization Act, 2019;
Whereas, applications from below mentioned applicants were uploaded in the online portal as identified along with necessary documents (prescribed under the Checklist) for registration as Pharmacist under Section 32 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948……………….
