Sir,
One year ago the J&K School Education Administrative Department issued a letter addressed to Director School Education Jammu/Kashmir bearing No Edu/regularization/ gazetted/ 2015/dated 8/5/2015 regarding the regularisation of Incharge Joint Directors (CEOs), principals/lecturers and headmasters etc as decided in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Commissioner/Secretary J&K School Education Department in his office Chamber on 07/05/2015 as per the above mentioned letter and all the CEOs and DSEJ/DSEK were directed to furnish the list of all the above mentioned incharge officers in a consolidated form as per proforma devised for this purpose with the direction to submit the consolidated list to the Administrative Department within a stipulated period of 10 days i.e by or before May 18,2015 positively. But now over one year has lapsed and not a single regularisation order has been issued till today for the reason just known to the concerned authority. Though this matter stands brought to the kind notice of the Commissioner/Secretary to the Government J&K School Education Department by the undersigned through the print media thrice so far, but unfortunately no action seems to be taken.
It is submitted that most of these employees are at the verge of their retirement and all of them want/wish to see their regularisation orders before their retirement.
Therefore, anyway whatever is the reason/barrier behind the regularisation process, it is most humbly once more requested to the Commissioner Secretary to kindly expedite the process of regularisation.
