JAMMU, Apr 23: The R&B Department has cancelled the Regular Department Action initiated against the former Executive Engineer of the Special Sub-Division Marwah following an inquiry. The investigating officer concluded that the deviations from standard norms in the execution of certain works were justified by the urgent public need for road openings in the Marwah area.
