NEW DELHI, July 5: Continuing its rising streak for the fourth straight day, refined soya oil prices added another 0.14 per cent to Rs 751.60 per 10 kg in futures market today as speculators engaged in enlarging their positions, taking positive cues from spot market on rising demand.
At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, refined soya oil for delivery in July went up by Rs 1.05, or 0.14 per cent to Rs 751.60 per 10 kg with an open interest of 36,910 lots.
Similarly, the oil for delivery in August contracts was trading higher by 35 paise, or 0.05 per cent to Rs 755.70 per 10 kg in 32,460 lots.
Analysts said building of positions by traders following surging demand in the physical market against tight stocks position on fall in supplies from producing belts, mainly kept refined soya oil prices higher at futures trade. (PTI)
