LONDON, Oct 5: Reese Witherspoon will star in fairytale spoof comedy ‘Happily Ever After’.
Disney wants the Oscar-winning actress to lead the cast of the new comedy, which will provide a humorous take on the fairytale genre, following a princess and prince 10 years after they’ve ridden off into the proverbial sunset at the end of the most fairytales, reported Contactmusic.
The film’s script was written by Nahnatchka Khan, who previously created TV sitcom ‘Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23’ and was a writer on animated comedy ‘American Dad!’
Witherspoon, 37, will produce the flick with her Pacific Standard partner Bruna Papandrea, as well as John Jacobs of Smart Entertainment. (PTI)
