JAMMU, May 25: Famed Radio Jockey (RJ) Raunac–popularly known as Red FM’s ‘Bauaa’ was in the City of Temples and left the Jammuites spell bound with his stunning performance and kidding voice like ‘Namaste Uncle Ma Bauaa Bol Raha Hu’.
A function was organized by 91.9 Red FM at Wave Mall Jammu, which witnessed foot fall of thousands of people especially kids.

While speaking on the occasion, Sidarath Arora, Cluster Head, J&K and Uttrakhand, Red FM said that the programme at Wave Mall here was organized under a campaign ‘Be Bauaa’. He expressed his gratitude to the people of Jammu for their overwhelming response in the campaign and in today’s programme.
RJ Manas, RJ Sarang, RJ Amit and RJ Vasudha were also present on the occasion.
In an exclusive interview with the EXCELSIOR, RJ Raunac alias ‘Bauaa’ threw light on his visit to the City of Temples.
“I was planning since long time to visit Jammu and today I am here. After the launch of Red FM in Jammu, I was planning to meet the people of Jammu and today I got the chance to be with the Jammuites”, he said.
He further stated that the people were having apprehensions that the ‘Bauaa voice’ is originating from the machine and to clear the people’s doubt, I made a plan to visit Jammu to tell them the ‘Bauaa Voice’ is voice of a person not a machine.
About the plans to visit the Jammu, RJ Raunac informed that a programme has been organized at Wave Mall Jammu to enthrall the Jammuites especially kids.
“During the programme, various entertaining items including performance by various bands, dance items and gifts distribution will be held”, he said, adding that all the RJs of Red FM along with me (Bauaa) will be on the stage to enthrall the audience.
“Like response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the recent Lok Sabha elections, I am also expecting the same response in our programme”, he said when asked the response he is expecting in the programme.
“I enjoyed my earlier jobs too. Being enthusiastic towards radio, I joined All India Radio and for the past 10 years, I am entertaining people through Red FM. Overall it was a fantastic journey of my life”, RJ Raunac alias ‘Bauaa’ said while briefing about his career in earlier jobs and presently as RJ.
