JAMMU, Sept 12: To reach out to the poor and needy people and provide them succour and relief at their doorstep, Indian Red Cross Society, Branch Jammu under the chairmanship of Executive Secretary, Suresh Sharma toured Sure Chak and Phallian Mandal areas today.
On the occasion, Mr Suresh said that IRCS team distributed blankets, tarpauline, ration and eatables among the 150 sufferers’ families in these areas by reaching out to the families at their doorstep.
He further said that the loss suffered by these people is tremendous and IRCS is trying its level best to distribute the needy items amongst the people.
