Sir,
It is a matter of great concern that plastics have become a part and parcel of our daily lives and we take them for granted, without realizing their harmful effects on us and the environment. Most of these plastic carry bags find their way to garbage dumps, drains and severs creating a number of problems including choking of drains and sewers. The recycling of these discarded plastic bags has encouraged unhealthy practice of collection of plastic bags from dirty garbage dumps by rag pickers. Such plastic bags are not suitable for storing, packaging or carrying food items since they may be contaminated. Recycling of plastics itself is a very unsafe process unless it is done carefully, selecting the high purity grade material. Thus as a suggestive measure no vendor shall use carry bags or containers, made of recycled plastics for storing, carrying, dispensing or packaging of food stuffs.
Yours etc…
