UDHAMPUR Jan 13: Prov-incial President National Conference Devender Singh Rana  today urged the cadre to launch a Mass Contact Programme and reach out to the masses. He said a political worker must always remain prepared for an electoral battle moreso when the political system in the State is unstable.
Addressing the district office bearers of National Conference District Udhampur, Rana said time has come when the cadre should appreciate their designated role and reach out to the people by enhancing mass contact outreach, identify their problems and seek their resolution at appropriate levels, adding that the people cannot be left in lurch.
