Re-employing employees

Sir,
The decision of the Government not to re-employ employees who completed their Government service at 58 is a welcome step. The practice of re-employing blue  eyed boys on comfort chairs by ministers and influential bureaucrats had caused great resentment among not only  among unemployed youth but also among serving employees whose promotion opportunities got blocked.
By doing away with this unhealthy practice, the Chief Minister has done a great service to this State.
Though re-employment was considered a move to run the Government efficiently it no way was a plausible solution to meet the man power shortage.
The State is presently facing unemployment crisis of severe nature. There is urgent need to find job avenues for those  who have to go from pillar to post to find a job either in private or public sector.
Yours etc….
