JAMMU, June 24: A deputation of All Jammu and Kashmir Shree Guru Ravidass Sabha headed by President Piran Ditta met Ramesh Kumar Divisional Commissioner Jammu.
The deputation submitted memorandum to Manoj Sinha Lt Governor of Jammu and Kashmir UT through Divisional Commissioner Jammu on behalf of all Jammu based reserved category employees of Kashmir who are peacefully protesting at BR Ambedkar Chowk here after the target killing of Rajni Bala, teacher in Kashmir.
Sabha wants that the transfer policy should be framed for Jammu based employees who are serving in Kashmir division from so many years and till the policy is framed, the service of these protesting employees should be utilized in their home districts.
Government should consider the genuine demands which are included in the memorandum, Ditta said.
Others who were part of the deputation were Dr Raj Paul Hans, Darshan Rana, Ramesh Hans, Banarsi Dass Digra, Om Parkash Hans and Joginder Digra.
